What you are requesting

You are requesting independent application assistance from Brahmajan Cybar Cafe, owned by Mohonto Sonowal, Brahmajan, Assam 784171. We do not issue government documents or guarantee approval. Aadhaar enrolment and biometric updates must take place at an authorised centre.

Charges & payment

The review page shows the assistance charge payable for your request. Ask us about the scope, any official fees and any extra work before paying. Online payment is available only for configured services. Keep your application and payment references.

Cancellations & refunds

Contact us before work starts to request cancellation. Requests involving completed assistance, official fees already paid or additional work are reviewed individually. Duplicate charges, payment discrepancies and undelivered services should be reported promptly. Eligibility and processing time will be confirmed after review; payment-provider processing time may also apply. These terms do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Your information

We collect your name, phone number, chosen service, message and payment references to handle your request and contact you. Payment details are entered with the payment provider; this website does not collect card credentials, PINs or OTPs. Do not send sensitive identity numbers through the enquiry form.

Application records are available to the owner for service fulfilment and payment reconciliation. Contact the owner to request access, correction or deletion, subject to recordkeeping obligations. Any documents needed later will be discussed directly. Data is retained only as needed for the service, disputes and required records.
